location was excellent, right outside the university gates! the room i had, a double room, was quite spacious with really comfy beds. i loved the generous breakfast i enjoyed each morning, especially with the view!

the tv selection was limited to netflix, i wish it offered more channels.

The location worked well. Free parking was SO handy. Breakfast on site was nice too.

The noise transfer was VERY bad between floors. The bathroom was too small. There was NO room to move at the sink between the shower and the wall hung towel rails. I could HARDLY get into the bathroom as the door was so close to the toilet.

The location by the river proved convenient, and a room overlooked it (i enjoyed the view). I found the room very spacious and the ensuite accommodating. Proximity to many destinations in the city was greatsteps away from cafes and restaurants. The drinking water dispenser was useful, and the microwave added convenience.

The number locks to enter the hotel were a little difficult. I would prefer a simpler system.
